The ACR Birchdale Multi-Fuel & Wood Stove is available in either a matt black painted finish or artic white enamel, it has a nominal heat output of 5kW so is ideally suited to small and medium-sized living spaces.
The ACR Heat Products have designed the Birchdale stove to be traditional in look but with the modern-day stove user in mind. DEFRA approval allows wood to be burned in smoke controlled zones and the Birchdale is also SIA Ecodesign ready for new European wood-burning rules due in 2022. The Birchdale's ability to burn smokeless fuels makes it a practical option to heat your home whether in the town or country.
Produced from high quality cast iron the Birchdale has superb heat retaining properties, it has a powerful in-built airwash system that helps keep the glass clean and an adjustable log guard to change the height of when burning either wood or smokeless coal.

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.

HETAS Installers demonstrate that goods will be safely installed and complient with up to date Building Regulations and Manufacturers Guidelines anf adhering to Warranty Cover and Registration.
