The ACR Neo 3P pedestal stove features the highly popular Neo firebox supported on a striking pedestal base to offer a unique centrepiece for your living room. One of the most appealing aspects of the Neo range is it's huge viewing window that is kept clean with the powerful airwash system. The NEO 3P is also glazed on the sides to give a more panoramic view of the fire. As with all NEO stoves in the range, the ashpan slides towards you to enable the lid to be fitted and then lift the ashpan out.
With a maximum heat output of 8.5kW and an impressive efficiency rating of 81.8%, the Neo 3P by ACR is not only beautiful to look at but has enough performance to heat up larger rooms without the need to refuel the firebox as much. The advantage of the sleek pedestal model is that it can be installed on a 12mm hearth of non-combustible material i.e. glass, slate, steel. ACR have also made sure that the Neo 3P is DEFRA approved for use in smoke controlled areas.
To burn wood more efficiently an optional wood burning grate can be used

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.

HETAS Installers demonstrate that goods will be safely installed and complient with up to date Building Regulations and Manufacturers Guidelines anf adhering to Warranty Cover and Registration.
