The ACR Neo 3PG balanced flue gas stove is the perfect choice for modern interior installations, with its pedestal base the Neo 3PG has a tall standing appearance creating a stunning focal point, perfect for any room.
The Neo 3PG can be installed anywhere as no chimney or flue is required, boasting an impressive 82.3% efficiency rating and 6.75kW maximum output the ACR Neo 3PG is perfect for standard to larger sized living rooms. Supplied with realistic ceramic logs to ensure an impressive flame picture its hard to tell this isn’t real log burner. The large glass door and 2 glass sides ensure spectacular views of the flames from almost anywhere within the room. The interior of the stove can be altered to a black glass effect which will enhance the flames and the optional Led light system will add an authentic glow to the base of the fire.
The Neo 3PG includes the intelligent Symax remote control which allows thermostatic control and makes it simple to turn the appliance on or off and adjust the heat all from the comfot of your settee.

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.

HETAS Installers demonstrate that goods will be safely installed and complient with up to date Building Regulations and Manufacturers Guidelines anf adhering to Warranty Cover and Registration.
