The ACR Wychwood is a stunning balanced flue gas stove with a landscape design made to look at home within the largest of fireplaces. It's timeless design means that it will compliment traditional and modern interiors, bringing a sense of style and sophistication to your property.
The ACR Wychwood gas stove provides an impressive heat output of 6.1kW and boasts a high efficiency rating of 85% allowing for large sized living spaces to be heated with ease. Supplied with realistic ceramic logs its hard to tell this isnt a real wood burner, the logs provide an impressive flame effect when lit but also look authentic when the stove isn't being operated. The interior steel liners can be swapped for black glass liners, the black glass liners will enhance the flame picture as they reflect the flames for more intensity.
The Acr Wychwood is supplied with a puck remote control which allows you to turn the stove on or off and increase or decrease the temperature. This remote control can be upgrade to the Symax remote control which allows thermostatic control and includes saftey features such as child lock for peace of mind.

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.

HETAS Installers demonstrate that goods will be safely installed and complient with up to date Building Regulations and Manufacturers Guidelines anf adhering to Warranty Cover and Registration.
On-going Annual Maintenance can also be carried out by your Installer or a local Approved Chimney Sweep;
