The AGA Ellesmere EC5 is mirrored on the original model, the Ellesmere 5 with the added improvements of better fuel efficiency, a cleaner combustion and is SIA approved. Still with the standard heat output of 5kW, the EC5 stove has a timeless design meaning it looks great in all interiors.
DEFRA approved for use in smoke controlled areas, the EC5 already passes the stringent EcoDesign Ready Scheme which only an elite number of stoves currently meet. With a heavy duty steel body and a cast iron door, the EC5 offers the best of both with great heat retention from the door and rapid heat up times from the stove casting.
Other key features of the Ellesmere EC5 are; a powerful airwash system for cleaner glass, suitable to be installed on a 12mm non-combustible hearth and has three air supplies for optimal combustion.

Pallet Delivery
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
Light Goods
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.

HETAS Installers demonstrate that goods will be safely installed and complient with up to date Building Regulations and Manufacturers Guidelines anf adhering to Warranty Cover and Registration.
