Being DEFRA approved the Mendip Churchill 10 Convection multifuel stove can be used in all smoke controlled areas within the country, new SIA Ecodesign regulations have also been met ensuring new regulations from 2022 onwards are nothing to worry about. The Churchill 10 convection stove is manufactured from heavy duty steel and features a full convection heat system, ensuring heat is dissipated evenly from the stove, perfect for free standing installations.

All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
 
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
 
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.

All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.

Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
 
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.
